I can't even begin to describe how amazing our stay at this beachfront hotel was. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like part of their family with their warm and friendly demeanor. The breakfast and dinner were absolutely mind-blowing, with fresh and delicious food served on our own balcony overlooking the stunning beach and ocean views. The location is impeccable, with breathtaking scenes of surfers, dog walkers, and calm waves breaking onto the soft sand. The pool area also provides a stunning vista of the beach. Our cozy chat and cocktails on the balcony followed by a long walk on the beach, where we discovered an old shipwreck and picturesque mountains, made the experience even more special. Special shoutout to Jackie, Fanie, and Brendon, as well as the rest of the staff, for making us feel right at home. The whole team works seamlessly together to ensure a fantastic stay. The views from the room are jaw-dropping, and the room itself is beautifully designed to maximize these views. The staff goes above and beyond to provide exceptional service, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived until our departure. The team even granted us an early check-in to watch the rugby and provided lots of special touches throughout our stay. In summary, this place is super special, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable experience.

The rooms at Last Word Long Beach are absolutely incredible! I mean, seriously, they are so spacious and comfortable. The view of the Klaserie River from my room was just breathtaking. I felt so relaxed and at peace just gazing out at the pristine riverside setting. It was like a dream come true for a nature lover like me.
I have to admit, there was one thing that I liked less about the place. The WiFi connection was a bit weak.

The Last Word Long Beach in Kommetjie is a dreamy escape! The suites are like a cozy oasis. I could almost feel the river breeze from my bed. So serene and calming, perfect for a nature lover like me.
Maybe it's just me, but I wasn't too fond of the view from my suite. The river was nice, but I was hoping for a beachfront view.
